Track rollers are often exposed to harsh conditions and are manufactured in a wide variety of designs and material combinations, such as steel & plastic, steel & PU, solid plastic, plastic & brass. The applications are mostly found in the semi-precision range e.g. in cargo superstructures of road and rail vehicles, guide rollers in the furniture and conveyor industry and many more.

Even if the precision requirements are lower, the parts are often heavily stressed in order to fulfill the function, therefore the quality is also always a decision factor.

Here we offer the possibility to produce prototypes or pre-series samples on customer request, to be tested by the customer.

Technical Information

are often drawing bearings according to customer specifications. The used materials of track rollers are very variable and can be combined with steel, plastic, ceramic, brass, stainless steel, glass and PU.

Standard precision class is P0 but other precision classes can be realized on request.

This includes all types of roller bearings in a wide variety of precision classes, dimensions, tolerances and material combinations such as steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, etc.

Drawing bearings are mostly created by customer specifications and the jointly developed solution.
